TC Sala Futsal Academy and Development Centers offers futsal training, futsal matches, and small sided (3v3) futsal matches. The program includes TC Sala Academy teams, TC Sala Development Centers, Mini-Salas sessions, a Futsal Pre-Season Camp, the Minnesota Futsal Prep Camp, participation in the United States Youth Futsal North Regional Championship, and the Minnesota United States Youth Futsal ID Camp. The 2025 Futsal Season Prep Camp is a one-day futsal prep camp.

• Schedule: TC Sala Academy is a 5 month program that trains throughout the winter, Development Centers offer 1.5 hour training sessions in multiple sessions across the winter, Mini-Salas meets in 1 hour sessions, and the 2025 Futsal Season Prep Camp runs as a one-day 3 hour camp.
Over the past 5 years, over 100 TC Sala Academy players have been selected to either the first team or the alternate pool for the United States Youth Futsal International Teams. TC Sala Academy is completely club neutral, and players represent many of the top clubs and programs from around the state of Minnesota, with plans to field teams for boys and girls from U9–U19. Players attend a tryout to be selected for an Academy Team, and TC Sala Academy teams compete in several academy-specific events as well as United States Youth Futsal regional and national tournaments.
TC Sala Development Centers are described as the foundation of TC Sala and support training environments around the metro, with 1.5 hour training sessions for kids looking to further develop their futsal skills. Sessions focus on individual development and include best-practice training techniques used with United States Youth Futsal National Teams, and are intended to help develop the technical skills of each player and introduce futsal concepts in a fun and engaging environment. Mini-Salas is a program specifically geared towards 5–8 year old boys and girls, and each Mini-Salas session includes age-appropriate activities and finishes with a small sided (3v3) futsal match.
The 2025 Futsal Season Prep Camp focuses on individual and small group activities including dribbling, passing, and shooting, is geared towards U9–U19 boys and girls, is open to all players from any team, is completely club-neutral, and all players are welcome. Participation in the 2025 Futsal Season Prep Camp does not require being a current TC Sala player. The Minnesota Futsal Prep Camp and the Minnesota United States Youth Futsal ID Camp are part of the broader futsal offerings connected to this program.
All sessions are led by current United States Youth Futsal National Coaching Staff member Brian Catrine, “The Maestro” Fernando Jimenez, University of Northwestern Head Coach and United States Youth Futsal Minnesota ID Staff member Greg Wheaton, United States Youth Futsal Minnesota ID Staff member Aaron Lindquist, and former United States Men’s National Futsal Team Captain and current United States Youth Futsal National Coaching Staff member Todd Dusosky. The Minnesota United States Youth Futsal ID Camp is led by Keith Tozer, former Head Coach of the United States Men’s National Futsal Team. Minnesota Futsal employs only U.S. Soccer futsal certified referees for games and provides two referees for U16 and older teams.
Minnesota Futsal is sanctioned by United States Youth Futsal and affiliated with United States Soccer, and United States Youth Futsal is an affiliate of U.S. Soccer. Minnesota has been selected to host the United States Youth Futsal North Regional Championship, and the U.S. Youth Futsal ID program identifies players for United States Youth Futsal International Teams that play in international competitions. Minnesota Futsal is the only futsal league in the Twin Cities sanctioned by United States Youth Futsal and affiliated with United States Soccer, and it is the only league that provides two referees for U16 and older teams.
TC Sala Academy is consistently recognized as one of the top futsal academies in the country. TC Sala Academy has won more than 25 United States Youth Futsal Regional Championships and typically has 8–12 teams qualify for United States Youth Futsal National Championships each year. TC Sala Academy has a U16 Boys United States Youth Futsal National Champion team and seven other teams that finished as United States Youth Futsal National Champion Finalists.
