YMCA of the North Youth & Teen Programs include activities such as racquetball, water exercise classes, Pilates Reformer, Community Acupuncture, swimming, biking, and running. The program also uses amenities such as a Fitness Center, Gym, Racquetball Courts, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Outdoor Splash Deck, Outdoor Trail, Outdoor Water Feature, Outdoor Waterslide, Roof Top Studio/Deck, Running/Walking Track, Sauna, Skate Park, Steam Room, Warm Water Leisure Pool, Whirlpool, Healthy Living Kitchen, and spaces like Kids Stuff, Youth Center, Teen Center, and a Senior Center. Families can also access YMCA 360, a web experience featuring classes to use at home, and Small Group Training that includes accountability, coaching, and camaraderie.
