Dragon Boys & Girls Volleyball Clinics offers individual skill training, team offensive concepts, team defensive concepts, and overall game play. The clinics include individual skill development and focus on the fundamentals of volleyball. Fundamentals of volleyball are taught by Dragon student-athletes and coaches, and participants learn Dragon volleyball training techniques and skills and get a first-hand experience of the coaching style.
• Ages: 10–18 years old
• Schedule: High School/College Prep Clinic and Middle School Clinic sessions offered on select dates
• Price: $40.00 per session
The High School/College Prep Clinic is open to athletes in 9th to 12th grades. The High School Clinic focuses on improving individual skill development and continuing to play volleyball in the off-season. The College Prep Clinic is run like a Dragon Volleyball practice to provide a taste or glimpse of what it would be like to be a Dragon volleyball student-athlete.
The Middle School Clinic is open to girls and boys in 5th–8th grades. Middle School clinics focus on individual skill development and overall game play in a fun environment. The program is connected to Dragon student-athletes and coaches, and it is part of a member institution of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
