Fee assistance may not apply to all programs, including, but not limited to, field trips, fees for class supplies, Early Childhood Family Education, and Westonka Community Preschool, and funds are limited and assistance is not guaranteed. If a family is in need of financial assistance for Adventure Club Child Care, they may complete the form and the request will be reviewed, and all information provided in the reduced fee application is kept confidential. A new application must be completed each time assistance is requested.
With the help of $5,000 seed money from the Westonka Healthy Community Collaborative Grant, Westonka Youth Sports & Recreation is creating the Westonka WINGS Scholarship Fund to help support families who have students who want to participate in youth activities but cannot afford the cost. Donations of $100 or more to this effort will be recognized on the display in the Westonka Activity Center.
