Over half of the staff holds a college degree in dance or are working towards it, and one teacher, Kylie, is a 2023 St. Olaf graduate with degrees in Dance and Kinesiology and minors in Neuroscience and Media Studies. The studio states that it is dedicated to fostering an environment where kindness, community, positivity, growth, and integrity are at the heart of everything it does, and that it aims to inspire a love of dance that enriches the community and nurtures the development of confident, compassionate individuals.
