The Meadows Junior Golf Camps include instruction in golf etiquette, putting, chipping, and full-swing shots. Each five-day camp also features a Junior Golf Olympics event with awards and prizes on Friday.
• Ages: 7–14 years old
• Schedule: Five-day camps with three Monday–Friday session options (June 8–12, July 13–17, August 24–28); ages 7–10 meet from Noon–1pm and ages 11–14 meet from 1:15–2:15pm
• Price: $210 per student; classes limited to 24 students per age group
Instruction is provided by teaching professionals David K. Anderson, Justin Lick, and Josh Coulter. The leadership team includes Mike Luckraft, Director of Golf; Justin Lick, Head Golf Professional; and David Anderson, Assistant Golf Professional. The golf course has received awards and recognitions from Golf Digest, Golfweek, and Midwest Gaming and Travel, and features waterfalls, native plantings, and statuary. The program is owned and operated by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community, which states a mission focused on health, education, general welfare, community partnerships, charitable donations, a healthy environment, and a strong economy.
