North Crest Kids Activity Center offers a wide range of activities including recreational gymnastics, recreational dance, competitive cheer, yoga, open gym, birthday parties, and Parent’s Night Out events. Children can take part in specific dance options such as Ballet/Tap, Jazz/Hip-Hop, Boy’s Dance, Ballet/Jazz/Hip Hop, daytime dance options, dance camps, Company Dance, Pre-Company Dance, Broadway Babies, and Showstoppers. The program also offers gymnastics options such as pre-school gymnastics, girls and boys gymnastics, team gymnastics for girls and boys, pre-team for boys and girls, daytime gymnastics options, gymnastics camps, gymnastics training camp, team training camp (NCTC), competitive training camp, and North Crest Dryland Diving, as well as combined classes like It Takes 2 Pea and Ballet/Tap & Gymnastics or Jazz/Hip Hop & Gymnastics.

• Schedule: Year-round programming with sign-ups available anytime; hours are Monday–Thursday 11am–8pm and Friday 11am–6pm, with Sunday and Saturday closed, and no recreational classes or open gyms from June 30–July 10; one week at the beginning of June 2024 is set aside for a Dance Camp that replaces regular classes for that week
North Crest Kids Activity Center has been providing gymnastics, dance, and other activities to the St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, Foley, and surrounding communities for over 30 years. The stated mission is to provide children with a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where they grow into great athletes and amazing people. The program follows the USA Gymnastics Safe Sport Policy and offers a free trial class for non-members who schedule by phone or email.
Company Dance at North Crest Kids Activity Center is a performance-based, competitive dance program made up of dancers ages 6–18 who are selected through instructor recommendation and/or an audition process. Dance training in this program is based on ballet and requires ballet and jazz classes at all levels, with tap required through the intermediate level. Company dancers can train in jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip-hop, and acro, with pre-pointe offered once dancers reach the intermediate level and pointe offered by invitation when dancers are able to safely go en pointe. All Company dancers participate in two group competitions each year, while advanced and superior groups take part in an additional group competition, and solos, duets, and trios are available to Company dancers who have been in the program for at least two years and may compete in 2–3 competitions depending on placement level.
One week of summer is dedicated to a Dance Camp for Company dancers and is open to all competitive dancers in the area, with competitive members attending 3–4 days of camp. Pre-Company dancers can participate in this dance camp on a smaller scale alongside Company members. Instructors from both within and outside of North Crest Kids Activity Center provide instruction at Dance Camp, and each day of camp ends with a show for friends and family. Placement auditions for the program are held during the week of May 19th.
