Highland Ball offers softball, baseball, T-Ball, Coach Pitch, and an Inhouse Baseball Program. Baseball options include D-League Year 1 (Kindergarten), D-League Year 2 (1st grade), Rookie (2nd–3rd grade), A Level (4th grade), AA Level (5th grade), AAA Level (6th grade), and AL Level (7th grade), along with PLUS/Tournament Team and Travel League/Tournament Team programs. Softball options include Highland Softball D-League for K–1st graders, Inhouse Minors Level for 2nd–3rd grade, Inhouse Majors Level for 4th–5th grade, Inhouse Middle School for 6th–8th grade, PLUS/Tournament-only 10u and 12u, and Tri-County/Travel 12u, 14u, and High School (16u/18u).

Highland Ball T-Ball is a co-ed program that feeds both Highland Baseball and Highland Softball and is for 4 and 5 year olds entering Kindergarten for the 2025–2026 school year. Due to construction at the Groveland Fields, registration for the T-Ball program will be delayed until the spring when alternative field availability can be confirmed. PLUS/Tournament Team Program teams for 4th–7th graders and Travel League/Tournament Team Program teams for 6th–9th graders are formed at fall evaluations. Norder Field was named in honor of Larry Norder and his family for their generosity to Highland Ball, and before demolition, the stadium lights from Norder Field were moved to the West Field, increasing the number of games played at the West Field each season and preserving the Norder family legacy at Highland Ball. Highland Ball 2025 Uniform Information and Spirit Wear Stores are available for baseball and softball, and the website is powered by SportsEngine's Sports Relationship Management (SRM) software but is owned by and subject to the Highland Ball privacy policy.
On May 7, 2020, Ryan Companies formally transferred the former “Ford Fields” to the Friends of Highland Ball. Friends of Highland Ball is an entity created by Highland Ball to hold the land that will be used by the Highland Ball organization. Many volunteers worked for countless hours to make this vision a reality, and later this summer Highland Ball will share its plans for the site and recognize the volunteers and community members who brought this project to completion.
