Perpetual Motion Gymnastics offers Preschool Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, and Ninja Zone classes. The program also hosts birthday party packages that include games, activities, and supervised free time on the equipment.
• Ages: 1–18 years old
• Schedule: Class and office hours available Monday–Friday with additional Saturday hours
Perpetual Motion was founded in 1991. Experienced instructors provide gymnastics instruction in programs that focus on early learning of body movement, balance, coordination, and the mental connection between fitness and fun. The stated mission is that every aspect of the programs is designed to balance positive, supportive teaching in a fun, safe, and parent friendly environment. The program states a belief that every child deserves to feel confident and build their self esteem. Families attend from many parts of the Twin Cities Metro area and eastern Wisconsin, including Oakdale, Lake Elmo, Woodbury, Stillwater, Cottage Grove, Newport, St. Paul Park, Hastings, Hudson, River Falls, and Prescott.
