Woodbury Football Camps

Woodbury Football Camps offers offensive skills stations, defensive skills stations, competitive challenges, and one-hand touch games. Camp sessions include development of participants in their chosen offensive and defensive positions, teaching football position fundamentals, and teaching basic offensive and defensive schemes, including the base schemes used at Woodbury High School. Certain sessions also include a tour of the new facilities and, if ready by July, the new locker room, along with installation of basic Woodbury Football offensive and defensive schemes.

• Schedule: Multiple camp options in June and July, including Monday–Thursday sessions and selected single-day sessions in the afternoons, mornings, and evenings
• Price: Junior Royals Camp and Royals Middle School Football Camp early bird pricing $109 through April 30th, 2026 ($139 after); Varsity Developmental Camp pricing varies based on University of Minnesota Duluth Team Camp choice, with split payment options available

Junior Royals Camp is for participants going into grades 1–5 in the fall of 2026 and includes offensive and defensive skills stations, competitive challenges, and one-hand touch games, and all campers receive a T-shirt. Royals Middle School Football Camp is open to those entering grades 6–8 in fall 2026, focuses on development in chosen offensive and defensive positions, introduces campers to the base schemes used at Woodbury High School, includes competitive challenges and one-hand touch games in each session, and provides a T-shirt for each camper. Rising 9th Grade Football Camp, new in 2026, is for 9th graders entering the WHS Football program, is run by Coach Hill and members of both the WHS Varsity and 9th grade coaching staff, teaches football position fundamentals and basic offensive and defensive schemes that will be used in the fall of 2026, includes a tour of the new facilities and, if ready by July, the new locker room, and provides campers with a T-shirt that is the same as the Varsity Developmental Camp shirt.

Varsity Developmental Camp is for those entering grades 9–12 in the fall of 2026 who want to invest in fundamental development, and players in grades 10–12 have the option to attend the University of Minnesota Duluth Team Camp from June 22–24 in addition to the Varsity Developmental Camp, with participation in the Varsity Developmental Camp required to attend the UMD camp. There is a registration option that allows a rising 9th grader to attend both the Varsity Developmental Camp and the Rising 9th Grade Football Camp at a discounted rate. Every summer, Coach Hill offers a variety of Woodbury Football Camps for athletes of all ages, and whether a player is entering 1st or 12th grade, there is a camp available. The stated mission of Woodbury Football Camps is “Cultivating the love of Football the Woodbury Way!” and the Woodbury Athletic Association offers flag football in spring and fall and tackle football in fall for athletes in grades 1–8.
