Camp Cornelius offers Summer Day Camps, Summer Sports Camps, Summer Recreation Experience, and Therapeutic Summer Camps for children ages 4 to 14. Summer Day Camps run Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and the full-day camps do not provide meals; each camper must bring a nut-free lunch and nut-free snacks, a large refillable water bottle, and tennis or other closed-toe shoes. Full-day campers meet at JV Washam Recreation Center or Bailey Road Recreation Center, and registration is available online or in person at Town Hall.

About the provider

Camp Cornelius is celebrating its 25th year of summer camps. Resident Discount is available to Cornelius residents only for all camps, and Summer Day Camps offer a payment plan with 50% due upon registration. Registration for Cornelius residents opens on Monday, March 3, at 7 a.m., registration for everyone opens on Monday, March 10, at 7 a.m., final payments for all camps are due by May 17, and proof of residency for Cornelius parents of full-day campers must be provided to the office by May 15.

Resident Discount is available to residents of Cornelius only for all camps. Summer Day Camps only offer a payment plan with 50% due upon registration. For non-residents using the payment plan, initial fees include 50% of the resident camp cost plus 100% of the non-resident fees. Summer camp waivers and policies are available at the bottom of the page. Acceptable residency documents may include a valid driver's license, utility bill, or apartment lease.
