KidsPlex Summer Camp is offered as one of the programs under KidsPlex. It is part of a larger set of KidsPlex programs that also include KidsPlex After-School, KidsPlex Preschool, and KidsPlex School Year Camps.
• Ages: 5–12 years old
The broader facility that KidsPlex Summer Camp is part of offers access to an Ice Rink, a Pool and Aquatic Center, courts and a turf field house, fitness areas, KidsPlex and KidsCorner spaces, a snackbar, and birthday party options. Other programs available at the same overall facility include the Hillsborough Aquatic Club swim team, public ice skating, adult and youth hockey, figure skating and Learn to Skate programs, tots programs in multiple areas, homeschool programs, pickleball, KidsCorner member childcare, massage therapy, and UNC physical therapy and audiology services. American Red Cross Certification Courses are also offered at this facility. The leadership team connected with KidsPlex programs includes Gayle DelVecchia-Coulombe as Director of KidsPlex Children’s Care and Development Programs, along with a broader management team that covers fitness and field house operations, membership and customer service, snackbar and parties, maintenance, ice rink operations and skating, and aquatics and competitive swimming.
