About
PRO Club Youth Soccer Programs and Camps offers Micro-Soccer Programs, Soccer Camps, private soccer lessons, individual drills, team drills, scrimmage play, and soccer game play. Kids take part in structured soccer activities that include both individual and team-focused drills as well as game-style play.
• Ages: 3–12 years old
• Schedule: Bi-monthly enrollment for a one-hour class offered once a week; Soccer Camp is offered seasonally during school breaks, with a registration deadline one week before the start date.
Soccer Camp is guided by expert coaching staff and includes lunch, a camp certificate, and a giveaway. For Soccer Camp, participants are asked to bring soccer shoes (not cleats) and shin guards. Kids age 3–12 can join Micro-Soccer Programs, Camps, and Lessons, and classes are offered for co-ed groups. For those aged 3–4, a parent is required to attend the first day of class. Private lessons are available for individuals, small groups, and entire teams. If child care is needed after camp ends, Discovery Bay (for ages 8 and younger) or Extended Sports Camp (for ages 6–12) are available for additional information via the Front Desk Concierge.
The facility began in 1973 as the SuperSonics Racquet and Health Club, which was the home of the Seattle SuperSonics training facility and a small tennis club. In 1973, Dr. Mark Dedomenico, a cardiovascular surgeon and one of the inventors of coronary bypass surgery, and Dick Knight, a Husky Hall of Fame and Wimbledon competitor and first tennis professional, acquired the facility. PRO Club was later acquired by The Bay Club company, which has a portfolio of clubs spanning from San Diego to the Pacific Northwest. Members can play basketball on the original NBA SuperSonics Court or on the NCAA Final Four Court from the Kingdome. The club states that “Exceptional people creating exceptional experiences is what we live and breathe each day. Our goal is to help our members and families live longer, happier, healthier lives.” The club has received awards and accolades including Best of Western Washington, Best of 425, The Best of Bellevue, Best Youth Camps, and Best of Seattle.
