Club SciKidz North Central New Jersey runs weekly, theme based STEM programs where kids spend each day doing real hands on science and engineering, not just watching. A typical day includes a fun group welcome, a big interactive science demo to kick things off, then two guided STEM lessons in the morning. After lunch and outdoor recess or team games, kids jump into two more build and experiment sessions in the afternoon, followed by cleanup, sharing what they made, and pickup. PreK and Kindergarten families can choose a half day option that focuses on the morning STEM sessions.
Activities vary by theme and age, but you can expect things like chemistry reactions, engineering design challenges, beginner robotics and coding, simple machines, space science, biology and mini medical school style investigations, plus plenty of creative making. Every child gets multiple chances each day to measure, mix, build, test, and improve their work.
What makes our program special is the balance of “wow” science and real learning. Kids feel like scientists and engineers, instructors keep lessons clear and energetic, and the pace stays fun without feeling chaotic. We provide all materials, follow strong safety routines, and keep groups age appropriate so every camper feels confident, included, and proud of what they create.
