Merrimack Valley YMCA Camps

Merrimack Valley YMCA Camps includes Camp Otter, Camp Lawrence, Camp Nokomis, and Family Camp. Camp Otter is a day camp for boys and girls, Camp Lawrence is an overnight camp for boys, and Camp Nokomis is a camp for girls. Family Camp is held at Camp Lawrence.

Programs

• Camp Otter — Ages 6-13 · $405 per week · Day Camp for Boys and Girls. Located on Captain’s Pond in Salem, NH. Daily transportation is provided throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire.
• Camp Lawrence — Ages 8-16 · $1,600–$2,675 per session · Overnight Camp for Boys. One-week sessions are only available for first-time junior campers entering grades 3-6.
• Camp Nokomis — Ages 8-16 · $2,675 per session · Camp for Girls.
• Family Camp — Held at Camp Lawrence. A summer escape for families to unwind, play, and make lasting memories on Lake Winnipesaukee.

About the provider

Anne Whalen is the Senior Executive Director of Camping Services. Gretchen Seifert is the Camp Nokomis Director, Charles Seifert is the Camp Lawrence Director, and Maddie Capeless is the Camp Otter Director. Camp Nokomis is celebrating 75 years.

Camp Lawrence and Camp Nokomis are overnight camps. Camp Otter is a day camp. Camp Lawrence one-week sessions are only available for first-time junior campers entering grades 3-6. Camp Otter weekly rate: $405. Camp Lawrence two-week session: $2,675; one-week session: $1,600. Camp Nokomis two-week session: $2,675. Camp Lawrence tuition is non-refundable & non-transferable between sessions, seasons or siblings after April 1, 2027.
