About
WildQuest Day Camps offers nature-themed activities that include hiking, exploration, fort-building, building shelters, navigating through forests and fields, and playing games such as water games. Campers take part in cooking and cooking over a fire, gardening, storytelling, and hands-on learning. They also design, build, create, paint, sculpt, sketch, and do arts & crafts as part of Quests and other camp activities.
• Ages: 5–14 years old
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–4 pm sessions with extended care available 8–9 am and 4–5 pm; weekly sessions run from late June through late August (for example, June 29–July 3, July 6–10, and continuing weekly through August 24–28)
• Price: 2026 tuition Non-Member: $320; Member: $270; Extended Care: $45 per week for Before Care (starts at 8 am) and $45 per week for After Care (ends at 5 pm)
Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center has offered programs since 1997. Its mission is to provide nature-based learning experiences for children and adults to cultivate connections to the natural world. Prescott Farm is dedicated to providing year-round environmental education programs for all ages and a place in the Lakes Region community that encourages curiosity, discovery, fun and connection to the natural world. The 2026 WildQuest Camp Family Handbook provides more camp information including policies, packing lists, and helpful tips. WildQuest Camp themes include Wildlife Exploration, Water & Wetlands, Survival Skills, STEAM Week, Nature Artists, Earth Week, Animal Adventures, Garden-to-Table Cooking, and A Little Bit of Everything. Hawthorns or Leaders-in-Training (LITs) develop their skills as environmental leaders in the camp community, and Hawthorns/LITs engage in environmental stewardship through action projects and teambuilding while still participating in activities as a camper. Volunteer Junior Instructors (ages 15+) assist Camp Instructors and gain job skills, build confidence, and volunteer at camp in a leadership role.
