Mountain Hill School

Mountain Hill School offers half-day preschool classes along with full-day Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs. The program uses differentiated instruction to build on each child's strengths and provide extra support where needed. Staff place emphasis on “teachable moments” throughout the day and follow the belief that children learn best by doing and that involving more senses improves the learning experience.

Mountain Hill School has been teaching and caring for children since 1949 and has been educating young children for over 75 years. It is the longest continually operating preschool in its area and is privately owned. The school’s stated objective is to create a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment where children come first and have the chance to grow developmentally, socially, physically, and emotionally. Families are encouraged to visit Mountain Hill School and take a private tour of the campus.
