International Ivy Enrichment Programs offers weekly classes in areas such as robotics, video game creation, computer programming, Minecraft, technology and design, science, engineering, math, business, language arts, visual arts, humanities, theater games, and construction. Students can take specialized classes including Artificial Intelligence Tools, Cybersecurity & Cryptography, E-commerce – Creating Your Online Store, Marketing & Sales Lab, AI for Art & Music Makers, 3D Printing Beginner, Engineering and Programming Arduinos, Film-Making, Debate and Public Speaking, and Website Design. Additional options include activities like AdventureQuest – Leadership Games, Escape Rooms & Scavenger Hunts, sports and recreation, as well as focused courses such as Science for Future Physicians, Anatomy and Surgical Techniques, Biomedical Engineering for Kids, Junior Physicians Academy, and many others.

International Ivy Enrichment Programs has served almost 10,000 students since its founding in 2011. Many instructors are certified teachers or specialists in their fields. The program is led by Lily Wong, Founder and Program Director. International Ivy is a fully accredited American Camp Association institution. The program states that it promotes creativity and hands-on learning for students between the ages of 5–14 in various subjects and strives to promote the best learning environment for students between the age of 4–14, with the stated ultimate goal of helping students find their passion and providing a mind-growing and spirit-lifting experience in the summer. The program is open to all, offers financial aid, caps classes at 12 students, and provides flexible scheduling options with weekly sessions that can be half-day or full-day, along with a complimentary 30-minute drop-off and pick-up period. International Ivy operates at various locations throughout New Jersey and is described as one of the largest academic and technology camps in New Jersey.
