BCCT Youth Theatre Programs offers theatrical experiences featuring youth actors, including the Theatre in the Park Series. The program includes classes such as acting classes, musical theatre classes, and voice classes.

Founded in 1992, BCCT states that it strives to enrich, entertain and educate communities through outstanding theatrical experiences featuring youth actors. The leadership team includes a Creative Director, professionals from the community, a dedicated group of parent volunteers, and a Board of Directors. BCCT received funding from the Ocean County Cultural & Heritage Commission through funds granted by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, a division of the Department of State. BCCT was awarded the Ocean County Cultural & Heritage Commission 2020 Cultural Response Award for its Theatre in the Park Series, the OCCHC Founders Award in 2014, the Brick Hero Award, and has consistently been voted The Best of the Best and received the Asbury Park Press Reader's Choice Award for The Best Community Theatre of Ocean County since 2008, along with multiple NJACT Perry Awards and iTheatrics Junior Theater Festival awards for various productions.
BCCT Youth Theatre Programs includes several scholarships, such as the James M. Keating Memorial Scholarship, The Bob and Kathy DiGrigoli BCCT STAGES Scholarships, The Tobe Campagno Memorial Scholarship, the BCCT 25th Anniversary Scholarship, and The Cal Seymour Memorial Scholarship. The program offers graduating high school seniors the opportunity to receive a monetary award to help further their education, whether it be college or a trade school, and states that every child who is eligible receives a scholarship. BCCT STAGES scholarships allow aspiring young performers to take classes in acting, musical theatre, or voice. One parent testimonial notes that the program increases self-confidence, helps children hone their skills in theater, supports teamwork, and instills a strong sense of family, resulting in a place where children are safe to be themselves.
