Crème de la Crème offers activities such as coding, robotics and coding, S.T.E.A.M. (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics), language arts, and creative studios. Children take part in Spanish and Mandarin, music, art, theater, creative movement, gym, story time, songs, movement, and creative expression. The program also includes culinary education, baby sign language, homework help, and active play and outdoor play on sports fields and play structures, with some centers featuring an on-site water park and bowling alley.

Crème de la Crème offers age-appropriate day care programs, an infant care program for babies 6 weeks and older with a low student-to-teacher ratio and baby sign language, a toddler care program for ages 1 to 2 with all-inclusive tuition, private preschool for ages 2 to 4 with 30-minute rotation intervals including S.T.E.A.M., theater, secondary language, creative movement, and gym, private kindergarten with curriculum aligned with local, state, and federal guidelines, an after-school program for ages 5 to 12 that includes access to sports fields, play structures, ancillary programs, classes, homework help, and snacks, and summer camps for ages 5 to 12 that combine recreation with learning opportunities and may include guest speakers, community and family events, field trips, and amenities like sports courts and, at some centers, an on-site water park and bowling alley. The program uses a research-based, whole-child curriculum and the Crème Learning Approach with classroom rotation, where children start with a primary teacher and rotate to different enrichment classrooms. All-inclusive tuition in applicable programs covers items such as meals, snacks, educational and art supplies, diapers and linens, and diapers, and the program features uncrowded classrooms and play areas with a low student-to-teacher ratio.
