Meadowlands YMCA Youth Programs includes access to a gymnasium, group exercise classes, and pool use. The pool is a 6-lane, 25-yard competition pool with heated water, and Family Swim, Aquacize, and Lap Swim follow the current weekly schedule or first come, first serve use as noted.

- Group Exercise Classes — Booking opens 3 days in advance of each class · All Group Exercise classes are included with your Meadowlands YMCA membership. Class booking is highly recommended.
- Pool Schedule — The pool is a 6-lane, 25-yard competition pool with heated water. Family Swim and Aquacize classes use the current weekly schedule. Lap Swim is first come first serve.
- Zoom Class Schedules — Monday-Friday and Saturday-Sunday · Zoom is an online video service offering some group exercise classes online. Active membership is required and pre-registration is required.

About the provider
The Meadowlands YMCA has operated since 1920. Its mission statement says it is a responsive advocate for the community and believes everyone deserves a chance to succeed regardless of background or income. In 2018, it awarded over $600,000 in scholarships and program subsidies to over 3,500 kids and their families and hosted free outreach programs for the community.
You must save your spot for all Group Exercise Classes up to 3 days in advance. Family Swim and Aquacize schedules should be checked in the Meadowlands YMCA app. All schedules are subject to change. The building has holiday hours.
