Twin Rivers Recreation Department Programs

Twin Rivers Recreation Department Programs include a POOL PARTY, TWIN RIVERS DAY, a YOUTH SOCCER GROUP, and Summer Concerts. The YOUTH SOCCER GROUP is offered in the summer for youth ages 8 to 12. Summer Concerts feature bands that usually play Big Band, Classical, and Broadway show music, and the concerts are free.

The Twin Rivers Recreation Department offers a wide variety of programs and events for residents of Twin Rivers. Summer Concerts are held adjacent to the Twin Rivers Library on Saturday evenings in July. The department offers several part-time jobs. The department leadership includes Recreation Director Mike Fenlon, Recreation Assistant Noreen Carolan, Senior Center Director Kelly Roman, and Eileen Litvack, who is associated with the Twin Rivers Recreational Department. East Windsor Mayor Janice S. Mironov received the 2026 NJCM President's Award from the New Jersey Conference of Mayors.
