COMPASS Learning Advantage offers a range of activities including tummy time, crawling, sensory play, language and oral development, homework help, arts and crafts, STEM activities, sports, brain exercises, and swim classes. The program includes Compass Baby classes, Brain Power and Social Power programs, a Reading Accelerator tutoring program, an After-School Club, and camps based in both a clubhouse setting and a swimming pool. Its award winning swim program offers classes from 6 months to adults at all levels, from private to group classes.

• Schedule: Options include weekly Brain Power Sunday Series over 10 weeks, an After-School Club Monday to Friday from 3pm–5:30pm, a weekly 2-hour Reading Accelerator Class on Wednesdays, and Compass Baby Monday to Friday from 9am–1pm
Compass Baby offers interactive classes with tummy time, crawling, sensory play, and language and oral development, along with guided open play sessions and specialist classes for babies and their caregivers from 3 to 24 months. The Brain Power Sunday Series focuses on increasing executive functioning skills by concentrating on each skill through unique brain exercises, and the program also focuses on activities that help children increase attention and manage impulses by teaching strategies to self-regulate through critical thinking and problem-solving. The After-School Club includes homework help, arts and crafts, STEM activities, and sports based on a monthly theme, while the Reading Accelerator Class is designed to strengthen reading fluency and comprehension and includes social development and teamwork. The Child Development Program is described as helping kids build essential skills from early developmental steps to success in school and beyond, and the overall mission states that the team is committed to helping every child grow and thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.
The leadership team includes Jordanna Spaulding (Owner, Director), Rupa (Business Development Director), Jashil (Swim Instructor), Vishva (Instructor for Camp, Baby, and Swim), Jahmir (Instructor for Adventures, Swim, and Child Development), Anthony (Instructor for Adventures and Swim), and Frances (Swim Instructor). Boomie is identified as a therapy dog. In 2010, Jordanna began working in cognitive behavioral health, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and play therapy. Parent feedback includes thanks for caring, adapting to changes, and making kids feel some sort of normalcy, as well as appreciation for a supportive environment during a tumultuous year.
