Chef It Up & Chef It Up 2 Go offers hands-on culinary cooking parties, cooking classes, cooking events, fundraiser cooking events, cooking outings, custom events, troop events, and field trips. At these events, guests prepare and assemble their food items to the final steps, and staff then take and bake the food. Chef It Up locations are completely nut free and food allergy friendly, and Chef It Up 2 Go travel teams bring all of the cooking activities to the host’s location.

Chef It Up began in 2003 and has grown into a nationwide franchise. Programs are available for everyone ages 2 1/2 to 102. Chef It Up 2 Go is nut free and food allergy friendly, and if there is no access to an oven, items can be prepared as a no-bake option to take home with baking instructions. For Chef It Up 2 Go events, the host supplies the tables, chairs, and chefs, and Chef It Up 2 Go provides the rest.

The founder, Lisa Tirone, made the company completely nut free because two of her children have life-threatening food allergies. Lisa educates on food allergy awareness and ensures each franchise owner is properly trained, and each franchise owner is properly trained in handling food allergies and food allergy awareness. The program’s mission is to bring the joy of cooking to kids and adults through fun, hands-on culinary cooking parties, classes, and events, to inspire creativity, teach essential cooking skills, and promote healthy eating in an engaging and enthusiastic environment.

Chef It Up 2 Go is used by schools, camps, and community groups.
