The Metuchen Preschool offers Early Learners, Pre-K3, Pre-K4, Afternoon Enrichment for Pre-K4 students, Mommy, Music and Me, and Summer Fun Camp. Early Learners can enroll starting at 2 1/2 years old, Pre-K3 is for children 3 years old by October 1st, and Pre-K4 is for children 4 years old by October 1st. Mommy, Music and Me meets Tuesday mornings from 9:30-10:30 during the school year and includes 30 minutes of music and 30 minutes of open play in the gym.

- Early Learners — 2 1/2 years old to start; enrollment during the school year is possible once a child turns 2 1/2 years old · Tue/Thu 9:00-12:00 or 9:00-1:00; M/W/F 9:00-1:00 or 9:00-3:00; Mon-Fri 9:00-1:00 or 9:00-3:00
- Pre-K3 — 3 years old by October 1st · 3, 4, or 5 days a week 9:00-1:00 or 9:00-3:00
- Pre-K4 — 4 years old by October 1st · 3, 4, or 5 days a week 9:00-1:00 or 9:00-3:00
- Afternoon Enrichment for Pre-K4 students — Pre-K4 students · 1:00-3:00 · Included for Pre-K4 students staying until 3:00; any or all days in a week.
- Mommy, Music and Me — 8 months to 2 1/2 years old · Tuesday mornings 9:30-10:30 during the school year · 30 minutes of music plus 30 minutes of open play time in the gym; no cost to families; families do not have to be enrolled; advanced registration required.
- Summer Fun Camp — 3, 4, 5, and kindergarten students · Six weeks; 9:00-1:00 or 9:00-3:00; optional 8:30 drop-off · Theme-based summer camp; children can attend any or all weeks; placed by age.

The school uses rolling registration, provides daily snack, asks parents to send lunch, is 100% screen free, and has experienced teachers, pediatric CPR and First Aid training, background checks and fingerprinting for staff, a full security system with monitored indoor and outdoor cameras, locked doors during the school day, and an allergy friendly school.
