YMCA of Montclair Youth Programs

YMCA of Montclair Youth Programs include activities such as personal training, before and after-school child care, summer day camps, Camp at the Lake, dedicated teen programs, swim lessons, and group exercise classes. The programs also offer specific options like the Goal Getters Soccer Clinic, Water Polo Summer Clinic, Dolphins Swim Team Tryouts, and Kids Night Out – World Soccer Edition.

• Schedule: Summer Session 1 runs from June 22 to July 16.

The YMCA of Montclair has been serving the community since 1891. Its stated mission is to work to empower young people, improve health and well-being, and inspire action in and across the community. It operates three branches that together serve over 14,000 members. The organization serves the communities of Bloomfield, Bloomingdale, Clifton, Cedar Grove, Glen Ridge, Haskell, Hewitt, Montclair, Verona, Wanaque, and West Milford. Membership is open to all, and financial assistance is available to those who live in the service area of Bloomfield, Wanaque, and West Milford with demonstrated financial need. Camp at the Lake is held on a 30-acre property in West Milford, NJ. The YMCA of Montclair also offers a 7-day trial pass for people who are new to the Y and would like to try it before joining.
