Keys 2 Success offers piano lessons and music education through free, daily group piano lessons. The program provides these lessons in students' own environment, with teachers and volunteers leading the group instruction.

Keys 2 Success was established in 2016. Its mission states that it brings quality music education to students starting in Pre-K in the most underserved areas of Newark through free, daily group piano lessons in students' own environment, where teachers and volunteers work to remove barriers and support students as they develop into future leaders. The organization states that it is equity focused, community aligned, longevity driven, partnership centered, and committed to individual empowerment.
The founder of Keys 2 Success is Dr. Jee-Hoon Krska. Dr. Krska pursued a Ph.D. in electrical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and enjoyed a career in the semiconductor industry. She continued her piano studies as a scholarship student in the Juilliard pre-college program under Olegna Fuschi. Dr. Krska is an active member of the Junior League of Summit and the Summit College Club and is involved with Arts Ed Newark and advocacy for diversity and inclusion in various organizations.
The leadership team includes Board President Onieka Sutton, Board Treasurer Renée Simms Frank, Board Secretary Kristin Lorenzo, and Board Members Martha Baez, Phil Bingham, and Wander Richardson. Piano Faculty and Director of Student Services is Patricio Apaez. Following high school, Patricio attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana for a B.A. in piano performance, studied with Dr. Robert Palmer, and later studied under Dr. Ronn Yedidia at the NY Piano Academy, where he earned a position as Assistant Faculty. Recent awards for Patricio include 1st prizes at the NJMTAR, MAMTG, and Golden Classical Mus (incomplete text as provided).
