About

Eastern National Academy of Gymnastics (ENA Gymnastics) offers junior gymnastics, general gymnastics classes, advanced gymnastics classes, and competitive gymnastics teams. The program also runs summer camps, winter camps, and an all gymnastics camp, and hosts birthday parties that include activities such as an age appropriate obstacle course, tumble track, and trampoline.

• Ages: 18 months–17 years old
• Schedule: ENA’s Winter Camps: ALL GYMNASTICS CAMP 5 AND OVER is held 9am–1pm; ENA birthday party packages include an hour of fun in the gym and 30 minutes in the party lounge

Eastern National Academy of Gymnastics states that gymnastics training provides a foundation in physical fitness by emphasizing strength, flexibility, and coordination, and that it aims to develop each student’s self-discipline, self-confidence, enthusiasm, and gymnastics skills. The ENA USAG Girls team is described as State, Regionally and Nationally known for its award winning competitive program. Leadership at ENA Gymnastics includes Craig Zappa. One parent, Katherine, who has been an ENA parent since 2010, states, “My daughter loves the classes and is becoming a better athlete every week.” ENA birthday parties are run one at a time, with the entire gym shut down for the party, ENA Party Specialists running the gymnastics and/or cheer portion and helping in the Party Lounge, an ENA medal for the birthday child, a ribbon for each paid party child, and the birthday child flying in ENA’s “FAMOUS HARNESS.” ENA parties are for boys and girls ages 4 and up. Junior Gymnastics classes are offered for children 18 months through 5 years old, a general gymnastics program is offered for children 5 years and older, and advanced classes are available for gymnasts looking for more skills without competition. The gym includes Resi-lite pits for uneven bars, vault, and power tumbling strip, a fully padded in-ground trampoline, two large balance beam stations, and an oversized spring floor. For classes and activities, boys or girls may wear tucked-in T-shirts and shorts or leotards for girls, with no chewing gum or dangling jewelry, hair pulled neatly and securely away from the face, no large hair ornaments, activity-appropriate footwear, and personal items marked with the student’s name and left in cubby holes, with staff not responsible for lost or stolen items.
