RABJJ Academy Kids & Jr's Jiu Jitsu Program

RABJJ Academy Kids & Jr's Jiu Jitsu Program offers Kids Jiu Jitsu Classes for ages 5-7 and Jr Jiu Jitsu Classes for ages 8-15. The academy lists daily and hourly classes, and students are divided by age, experience, ability, maturity, physical development, and technical ability.

Programs

• Kids (5-7 Year olds) Jiu Jitsu Classes — 5-7 · Kids classes are divided in age appropriate and students are also divided within appropriate levels of experience and ability.
• Jr (8-15 Year-olds) Jiu Jitsu Classes — 8-15 · Jr students may also be recommended by Instructors to attend different classes depending on the child's maturity, physical development, and technical ability.

About the provider

The academy has operated since 1997. It is led by Professor Ricardo Almeida and knowledgeable instructors. The mission statement is "Changing lives through Jiu Jitsu." Professor Ricardo Almeida holds the rank of 6th Degree Black Belt and is the highest ranked student under Renzo Gracie. He is a multiple time National Brazilian Champion, No Gi World Champion, and Pan Am Champion. The academy says it has graduated more Black belts than any other school in the region and has produced multiple Jiu Jitsu World Champions and world class Jiu Jitsu Instructors. The academy teaches kids, teens, adults, families, professional fighters, law enforcement, and military.

No one is left behind. Less experienced students are paired with senior ranking students. The academy offers a free class / free intro class. The academy is closed on certain holidays listed on the page and may close on Saturday if a holiday falls near the weekend. It does not close for spring break. During inclement weather, it follows school district closures for Mercer County and Bucks County.
