Make It Right Gymnastics Camp focuses on drills, skills, and physical testing for gymnasts. The program offers an intense and progressive course of gymnastics instruction in a safe and productive environment.
Make It Right Gymnastics Camp is hosted by Salcianu Elite Academy of Gymnastics. The camp is led by Tammy Biggs and Tammy Salcianu. The staff includes USA Gymnastics National Team Coaches and World Class coaches, along with a master staff that provides experienced technical instruction. Coaches at the camp have a long list of Elite Gymnasts, National Champions, and World Champions they have coached in the past and are presently coaching. The camp exposes hundreds of athletes and their coaches each year to drills, skills, and state-of-the-art techniques. The program includes a step-by-step process to success, a fun and encouraging atmosphere, and instruction that covers learning and perfecting current skills, both old and new. Coaches at the camp learn about physical testing and skills required by the USAG Gymnastics Association, as well as methods to fast track athletes in the International level of gymnastics leading to the National Team.
One parent, Beth Carter, shared that her daughter loved the camp, talked for at least two hours about the new drills and skills she learned, and said it never felt like 8 hours a day. Another parent and coach, Doug Springer, stated that after over 30 years of coaching, he has not been to a better camp, training, clinic, or congress, and described the staff as phenomenal and the experience for gymnasts as unmatched.
