Southern Nevada Soccer Association Youth Programs include youth developmental programs, recreational leagues, youth competitive programs, and an adult soccer program. The programs offer league-funded training programs, camps, goalkeeping training, and workout sessions focused on speed and agility, core strength, flexibility, and balance. Players take part in competition in national, regional, and state leagues, as well as tournaments, college showcase events, and training camps, with specific programs for younger players (U7–U10) who are moving from recreational to competitive play.

Southern Nevada Soccer Association is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2001. It was founded to provide a full range of soccer services to the Henderson and Las Vegas community for players of all ages and ability levels, and has over 6,500 annual participants in its programs, making it the largest soccer organization in Southern Nevada. Youth developmental programs are offered through Henderson United, Southern Highlands United, and Mini Kickers recreational leagues, and youth competitive programs are offered through the Heat FC competitive club and Las Vegas Heat Surf, which is SNSA's competitive club program. LV Heat Surf teams participate in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), described as the top youth league in the United States, and also participate in tournaments both in and out of state, including college showcase events.
League-funded training programs and camps are conducted by professional and licensed training staff, and LV Heat Surf provides licensed, experienced, and dedicated staff training players and teams in a supportive and positive learning environment. The programs use professional technical and goalkeeping trainers, and speed and agility, core strength, flexibility, and balance workout sessions are provided by credentialed instructors. The Competitive Program Director is Eric McDonald. The program has dedicated access and permits to training facilities. SNSA's mission is to promote self-esteem, sportsmanship, integrity, teamwork, fitness, skill, and achievement through playing the game of soccer, and the mission of LV Heat Surf is to provide programs and services that will support the development of individual players in the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game throughout their youth soccer career. The website is powered by SportsEngine's Sports Relationship Management (SRM) software and is owned by and subject to the Southern Nevada Soccer Association privacy policy.
