Las Vegas Kung Fu Academy offers kids classes that include boxing, kung fu, escrima, and judo. It also offers kids boxing classes, kids escrima classes, kids judo classes, kids kung fu classes, kids kickboxing classes, self defense classes for kids, teen classes, Tai Chi, padded weapons, movie fighting and fight choreography, adult forms, and weapons classes in Escrima, Arnis, and Kali.

About the provider

The owners are Kevin Kawada, Renee Kawada, and Isaac. They say they moved from Hawaii to Las Vegas in March of 2004 and have been teaching ever since. The school says it focuses on using martial arts as a means to self improvement, rather than just fighting, and says it provides martial arts instruction and self-improvement training.

The school says the trial class is free. It says it accepts kids as young as 5 years old, children mature at different speeds, the program is ongoing and can be started at anytime, most families come twice a week, some kids attend daily, and home practice 10-15 minutes per day is sufficient.
