The program’s mission statement is: “Providing world class youth soccer programs that enrich children's lives.” The leadership team includes Regional Commissioner Rebecca Webster, Treasurer Becca Opperman, and Referee Admin Joe Contreras. Several leadership roles are listed as OPEN, including Assistant Regional Commissioner, Registrar, Coach Admin, CVPA (Child Volunteer Protection Advocate), Safety Director, Communications Admin, Secretary, Field Painting Coordinator, VIP Coordinator, Picture Coordinator, and Webmaster.
