First Taekwondo

First Taekwondo offers Taekwondo, self-defense, and fitness classes. Its primary focus is the practice and study of Olympic style Taekwondo. The program also includes Little Warriors for ages 5-7 and Junior Dragons for ages 8-12, with activities such as basic physical skills, discipline, cooperation, light kicking, small group games, leadership opportunities, and more detailed skills.

• Total Endurance Fitness — Adult · Adult class with less emphasis on traditional Taekwondo and more focus on martial arts elements for fitness, stamina, coordination, flexibility, weight loss, and overall fitness.
• Demo Team — Personal Invitation Only · For the top representatives of First Taekwondo and the Nevada Taekwondo Team.
• Competition Team — Not stated · High level Olympic Taekwondo Sparring and Poomsae Forms Competition Team.
