Life Jiu Jitsu Reno offers Kids Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Training, Kids Muay Thai, Private One-on-One Instruction, and One-on-One Jiu Jitsu Lessons. The kids program focuses on confidence, focus, discipline, coordination, respect, listening skills, teamwork, and perseverance. A Competition Team for Children meets Friday at 5:00 pm for one and a half hours.

Life Jiu Jitsu Reno is led by IBJJF-certified Black Belt and champion-level competitor Professor Frederico Jorge Da Eira.
