Breezemont Day Camp

Breezemont Day Camp offers age-appropriate innovative programming that includes a wide array of activities in an encouraging atmosphere. The program is organized into MiniMont, Junior Camp, Upper Camp, and Varsity Camp groups, and emphasizes a thriving sense of community among campers.

• Ages: 18 months–13 years old

Breezemont, founded in 1936, operates as a co-ed day camp for children ages 3–13. Its mission states that in its age-appropriate innovative programming, campers navigate their day by learning new skills, taking healthy risks, and accomplishing meaningful goals, while developing their curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. The camp groups include MiniMont for children 18 months to 4 years old, Junior Camp for ages 3 years through Pre-K, Upper Camp for campers in grades 1–3, and Varsity Camp for campers in grades 4–8. One camp parent, Shauna L., describes it as “an amazing place” and notes that her child comes home “happy and tired every single day excited for the next day,” and that “the counselors are awesome and Gordon runs the camp as if every child is his own.”
