Pulse Taekwondo Center offers martial arts classes that include Taekwondo, cardio kickboxing, and kickboxing. Classes take place in a studio that uses a portable medical grade filter that filtrates the entire studio every 20 to 30 minutes, along with high efficiency grade MERV 13 filters installed throughout units, multiple sanitizing stations, 6-foot apart markings for social distancing, and suspended locker room use.

The studio uses a booking reservation system, temperature checks, a digital questionnaire, and requires face masks, with additional cleaning throughout each session and reapplication of an environmentally safe green solution (EVO 8) on all treated surfaces. Participants must bring their own water bottles and training equipment such as boxing gloves and hand-wraps.
Master Eleni Koutsilianos, who founded Pulse Taekwondo, has over 21 years of martial arts experience and is a certified 4th Dan Black Belt by the World Taekwondo Federation. She is a 5-time U.S. National Team Member, Collegiate National Team Member, and Junior National Team Member, and is recognized as one of the most elite female competitors in the U.S. The leadership team includes Master/Coach Eleni Lianos as Owner and Head Instructor, Master Eleni Koutsilianos as founder, and Mr. Alfred as a partner of the school and one of the main instructors at Pulse.
The program’s stated mission is to use Taekwondo for self-improvement, to encourage and empower students, to help them become the best version of themselves, and to teach and instill positive values through the art of Taekwondo while putting students’ goals, dreams, and aspirations into motion. The mission statement also notes a commitment to helping students in any way during their training.
