Pulse Taekwondo Center offers martial arts classes that include Teen and Adult Taekwondo, Cardio Kickboxing, and Kickboxing. Classes take place in a studio that uses a portable medical grade air filter, high efficiency MERV 13 filters, multiple sanitizing stations, 6-foot apart markings for social distancing, additional cleaning throughout each session, and suspended locker room use. Participants are required to bring their own water bottles and training equipment such as boxing gloves and hand-wraps.

Pulse Taekwondo Center operates Monday and Wednesday from 9:00AM to 9:00PM, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:00PM to 9:00PM, and Saturday from 9:30AM to 1:30PM, and is closed on Sunday. The studio has a booking reservation system, temperature checks, a digital questionnaire, and requires face masks.
Pulse Taekwondo Center was established by Master Eleni Koutsilianos, who is a 5-time U.S. National Team Member, Collegiate National Team Member, and Junior National Team Member. Master Eleni Koutsilianos has over 21 years of martial arts experience, is a certified 4th Dan Black Belt by the World Taekwondo Federation, and is recognized as one of the most elite female competitors in the U.S.
The program’s stated mission is to use Taekwondo for self-improvement, to encourage and empower students, to teach more than skills or techniques, and to instill positive values through the art of Taekwondo while supporting students’ goals, dreams, and aspirations during their training.
One parent, Teddy Vourderis, states that his 5-year-old daughter loves going to Pulse and describes Master Eleni as a great teacher and inspiration to his daughter.
