The Summer Youth Production features auditions for the July 2026 summer youth production of SEUSSICAL THE MUSICAL. Auditioners in grades 8 through 2026 high school graduates are welcome to take part in this production.

Baldwinsville Theatre Guild runs the Summer Youth Production as part of its ongoing theater work. The Guild was founded in 1942 and has been presenting theater for more than 80 years. It is the oldest continually-performing, non-professional community theater group in New York State. The Guild has presented an annual scholarship to area high school graduates since 1969. Its leadership includes Co-Presidents Chris Spring and Joe Spado, Secretary Marty Bullis, Treasurer James Mitchell, Members At-Large Kate Kisselstein and Jim Tapia, Artistic Director Adam Shatraw, Managing Director Kathryn Woods, Education Coordinator Ceara Windhausen, and Technical Director Sydney Woods. The Baldwinsville Theatre Guild, Inc. states that it is committed to the production of quality theater and instilling an appreciation for theater arts among performers, volunteers, youth, patrons, and the community at large. The Guild notes that it has one of the largest costume collections in the state.
