All American Gymnastics

All American Gymnastics offers Tumble, Gymnastics, Advanced Gymnastics, Ninja, Mommy & Me, Pretot, 3 & 4 Year Olds, and Preschool. Ninja is a one-hour program with hanging, stationary, and interactive obstacles. Pretot is a 50-minute Beginning Separation class, and the 3 & 4 Year Olds and Preschool classes are one-hour gymnastics classes.

• Ninja — Ages 4+ · One-hour program for children 4 years and up. Includes hanging, stationary, and interactive obstacles while building strength, agility, and problem-solving skills.
• Mommy & Me — 15–30 months
• Pretot — 2 1/2 – 3 · 50-minute Beginning Separation class for 2-3 year olds to build confidence and independence with gentle guidance while exploring the gym and gradually learning to play apart from a parent.
• 3 & 4 Year Olds — Ages 3–4 · One-hour gymnastics class introducing fundamentals of the sport. Children develop motor skills, balance, coordination, spatial awareness, and social skills.
• Preschool — Ages 4–5 · One-hour class for 4 and 5 year old gymnasts. Uses activities and drills to refine gymnastics abilities while enhancing strength, flexibility, coordination, social skills, and cognitive skills.
