• Ages: 6 months–12 years old

Founded by Aaron Goldschmidt in 2004, Shine started and still thrives as private, custom, and fully insured mobile programming and went mobile in 2006. Shine is the leading provider of pop-up classes, parties, and camps for kids 6 months to 12 years old in the New York tri-state area, and Shine’s custom programming is available in the Hamptons year round. Shine’s first process and creative arts space opened in Bridgehampton, NY, in 2021, and the Shine Studio serves as headquarters, creative hub, venue for events, classes, and camps, and a studio to film videos. Shine is based in traditional teaching philosophies with an understanding of today’s modern child, and its stated goal is to unlock individuality and potential through exploration, creativity, and acceptance. Aaron Goldschmidt is the founder, director, and a master teacher, and Shine’s website and lifestyle blog launched in 2012. LongHouse hosts the Shine Summer Camp, where sculpture, artists, nature, and design are introduced to children of all ages through activities such as discovery walks, meditation, science, music, art, and dance, and one testimonial notes that each child is recognized and celebrated. Multiple parent and partner testimonials describe Shine’s camps, parties, and classes as including thoughtful crafts, well-structured cooking classes, curated and unique activities, exposure to real art, and programming that runs smoothly from start to finish.
