Academy of Theatre Arts Classes

Academy of Theatre Arts Classes offers a Fundamentals of Theatre class and an Intermediate Theatre class. In Fundamentals of Theatre, students take the next step in musical theatre with more complex blocking, dance, and song selections in a weekly, 90-minute class for growing performers. Intermediate Theatre is for performers 9 to 14 to take the stage and build on previous skills, focusing on acting technique, learning dances, and perfecting songs for their shows this season. Both the Fundamentals of Theatre class and the Intermediate Theatre class perform in RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER and INTO THE WOODS, JR., and 2025/2026 registration is open, with new student tuition pro-rated for November. Families interested in a more intensive theatre experience are directed to audition-only companies.

• Ages: 9–14 years old
• Schedule: Weekly 90-minute classes with Fundamentals of Theatre offered Wednesdays 4:00–5:30pm or Saturdays 9:00–10:30am, and Intermediate Theatre offered Wednesdays 5:30–7:00pm or Saturdays 10:30am–12:00pm
• Price: A $55 per student / $75 per family registration fee is due upon registration and is non-refundable and nontransferable.
