The Warrior Factory Syracuse offers open play, birthday parties, Ninja Warrior classes, curriculum classes, competitions, team building, special events, Ninja Warrior summer camp, a summer rec league, and field trips. As a Ninja training facility, it features many obstacle variations and a space that changes daily, so there is always something new to train and try during each visit. The program offers flexible open play blocks, including kid, adult, and family sessions, and it is not affiliated with American Ninja Warrior, Ninja Warrior, Sasuke, TBS, or NBC.

In May 2025, ownership of The Warrior Factory Syracuse transitioned to Derek Fein. As the owner of The Warrior Factory Syracuse, Kathryn Bolster has put together a team of coaches and staff. The program holds Safe Sport Certification as part of its staff credentials and awards. The Warrior Factory Syracuse states that all ages, fitness levels, and skill sets are welcome and that it caters to the entire community.
