Camp Good Grief

Camp Good Grief is a bereavement day camp for grieving children and teenagers. It is provided free of charge thanks to donors, and priority is given to first-time campers so as many children as possible can benefit from the program.

About the provider

Camp Good Grief is led by Angela Byrns, LCSW, who is listed as Camp Director and Children’s Bereavement Coordinator. East End Hospice announced a 30th Anniversary for 2026, and the program’s mission is to bring children and teens who are grieving together in a caring and supportive environment.

Priority is given to first-time campers so that as many children as possible can benefit from this unique experience. Camp is provided free of charge thanks to generous donors.
