Moriches Community Center Programs

Moriches Community Center Programs includes the After-School Drop-In Lounge, where students in grades 6-12 can sign in on arrival and sign out when leaving. The program also offers free snack and water, free wifi, and space for schoolwork. Tutoring Tuesdays at the MCC provides free small-group-based tutoring for grades 6-9 during the After-School Drop-In Lounge program, with no sign-up necessary.

Programs

• After-School Drop-In Lounge — Grades 6-12 · Monday through Friday, 2:30-4:30pm; every school day when Center Moriches Schools are in session · Open to students in grades 6-12; free snack and water provided; free wifi and space for schoolwork; sign in on arrival and sign out when leaving.
• Tutoring Tuesdays at the MCC — Grades 6-9 · Tuesdays, 2:30-4:30 · Free small-group-based tutoring during the After-School Drop-In Lounge program; no sign-up necessary.
• Yoga at the MCC — Multiple 4-class series; Series 4 meets September 14, 21, October 19, 26 · $20–$55 per session · In partnership with Peaceful Scorpion Wellness.
