Romperee is a caregiver-and-child class that uses music and movement and ends each class with a bubble extravaganza. The preschool gymnastics program uses imaginative stations to focus on body awareness and gross motor development. The recreational gymnastics program focuses on basic gymnastics skills and foundations such as strength, flexibility, balance, and motor coordination. Kid’s Night Out includes gymnastics rotations using trampolines, foam pits, and Tumble Trak, musical activities, themed arts and crafts projects, pizza, ice pops, and movie time, and children do not need to be current World Cup gymnasts to attend. Summer camp includes creative projects, field trips, interactive games, and over three hours of gymnastics daily. The Recreational Super Show is an event where recreational gymnasts show skills and routines, the World Cup Challenge showcases top regional male gymnasts, and the World Cup Classic showcases top regional female gymnasts. The Open House includes a girls and boys team exhibition, followed by time to explore the Big Gym and do crafts or games in the Nursery School classrooms.

The gymnastics director is Jason Hebert. Alumni John Orozco was a member of the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Teams. World Cup Gymnastics states that its programs give every student the opportunity to discover their inner champion through the sport of gymnastics, while building the foundations of a healthy and active lifestyle. The Josh Ward Fundraiser is held in honor and memory of former coach Josh Ward, and 100% of the proceeds are donated to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.
