The complex is a full entertainment arena featuring concerts, carnivals, family events, and consumer shows and events. It is home to the Cortland-Homer Golden Eagles High School Hockey team, YMCA Gymnastics, and The Fitness Gap workout facility. Through Project CHAMP, the complex supports the Cortland Homer After School Mentorship Program, which was created to provide fitness and academic mentorship for the Cortland and Homer School Districts.
