About
Dansville Gymnastics offers gymnastics and tumbling classes, as well as open gym time and themed camps such as Rock N Roll Camp, Stick It Camp, Cartwheel Club Camp, Nonstop Ninja Camp, Block & Bounce Camp, and Gym Fit Camp. The program also offers a customer portal where families can view class availability, enroll or join a waitlist, track a child’s progress, view billing history, or transfer classes.

• Schedule: Open gym on Saturdays from 12:30pm–1:30pm, with operating hours Tuesday–Friday 2:30pm–7pm and Saturday 8am–2pm, and seasonal breaks in summer, over Thanksgiving, and over winter
The facility includes top-of-the-line, trusted brand equipment such as a custom spring floor, a tumbltrak (trampoline), balance beams, bars, and vaulting apparatus, along with a newly renovated viewing area for parents, friends, and family. Dansville Gymnastics is a new, locally owned and operated program, and Samantha, the owner and head coach, began gymnastics as a child in the same village and has returned to offer this program in her hometown.
The coaches at Dansville Gymnastics are described as highly trained and come from backgrounds in athletics, teaching, and child care. Owner and Head Coach Samantha Gabriel has over 25 years of experience coaching gymnastics for thousands of students, including competitive athletes, toddlers, and recreational students, and has managed and owned multiple gymnastics programs in New York, California, and Hawaii. Lead and special event coach Hannah Kraetz is a student at SUNY Geneseo with 12 years of competitive dance experience. Junior coach and Demo Team Coordinator Ellie Woodard has been a dancer with Dansville Dance Academy since she was a young child. Special Event Coordinator and Junior Coach Coralyn Griese, Special Event Staff and Junior Coach Ashlyn Schledorn, and Special Event Staff and Lead Coach Ava Franks, who is a student at SUNY Geneseo with over 10 years of gymnastics experience, are also part of the leadership and coaching team.
According to its mission statement, Dansville Gymnastics offers classes for boys and girls ages 2–18 in gymnastics and tumbling, using organized lesson plans and skill sets so athletes can learn and progress. The mission statement also says the coaches are a group of passionate professionals committed to helping students maximize their potential and surpass their gymnastics goals, and that Samantha aims to create a space where kids in the community can challenge their physical and mental abilities in a safe and fun way, with a focus on strong fundamental skills, technique, and form.
