East Islip Soccer Club offers a range of soccer activities including Winter Footskills for U4–U8 and U9 and older, Winter Futsal Training and League for U7–U8, and Winter Indoor Training for U5–U8. The program also includes Dinomites U4, U5–U8 Free Clinic on November 21, Inter-League Club Training, Pre-Academy U7–U8 with Pre-Academy Match Conditions, and participation in the LIJSL PDI Program. Additional activities include Winter Goal Keeper Training, U7–U8 Goal Keeper Training on free Wednesday nights, Advanced Goal Keeper Training on Thursday nights, the 2026 John Deutsch Memorial Winter Indoor Classic, and a Travel Try-Out Schedule and Country Village Practice Schedule.

The club’s stated mission focuses on the ages between 8 and 12 as the “Golden Age of Learning” and refers to this as the Developmental Stage. The mission statement describes providing educationally sound soccer environments that foster a lifelong love of the game and maximize developmental opportunities, with an emphasis on ball skills, enjoyment, experimentation, creativity, spontaneity, and allowing players to make mistakes and learn through trial and error. It states that competitive environments should not be results-oriented, but should emphasize performance, skill development, decision-making, individual autonomy, and creativity, with the game described as the best teacher and environments tailored to age and physical and emotional ability.
