KidStrong East Rochester

KidStrong East Rochester offers KidStrong Camp for ages 4-9, and all kids must be potty trained. The camp sample day includes Explore the Floor, Affirmation & Greeting, The First 60, Snack & Recharge, Kids' Choice, Daily Challenge, Lunch, STEAM-Inspired Physical Activities, Obstacle Course Challenge, Closing Ceremony Practice, Cooldown, and Awards. Every class is 45 minutes.

About the provider

KidStrong East Rochester is a kids' development center built around science-based training that focuses on strong bodies, strong minds, and strong character. The program combines physical activity, cognitive development, and life skills. It has KidStrong-certified coaches, and its camp curriculum is based on developmental science and uses experts in occupational therapy, child development, and physical education.

Parents will join class on the floor with kids under 4 years old. Camp waivers are required for all participants. A KidStrong membership is not required for camp. Drop-In Day camps may be available based on center availability and camp enrollment.
