Steven's Karate Academy

Steven's Karate Academy offers karate training along with adult fitness classes, strength and conditioning, personal training, and group fitness. The program takes place at SKA USA HOME OF USA NATIONAL CHAMPIONS.

• Ages: 4–18 years old
• Schedule: Class and training options are available Monday–Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday within morning and evening hours.

Sensei Steven leads Steven's Karate Academy and is a 5th dan in Shotokan Karate. Sensei Steven has been training since he was 5 years old and has taught martial arts for over 23 years. He has an extensive background in the special needs community and in adaptive training to individual needs. He has also built a career as a strength and conditioning professional, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. The academy trains students for the USA national team and is described as SKA USA HOME OF USA NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. A free trial is available, and the program shares the mission statement, “APPLY THE WAY OF KARATE TO ALL THINGS, THERE IN LIES ITS BEAUTY” -- GICHIN FUNAKOSHI.
