Steven's Karate Academy

Steven's Karate Academy offers karate classes for children ages 5 to 18. Children begin in Little Tigers or Beginners classes and then progress through the program based on skill level and belt rank.

Programs

• Karate Classes — children; based on age, children begin in Little Tigers or Beginners classes and then progress through the program based on skill level and belt rank · We are committed to helping your child learn the art of karate while providing them a foundation in self-awareness, focus, discipline and respect.
• Adult Fitness Classes — adults · every day of the week at varying times throughout the day · Classes include combinations of strength training, kickboxing, high intensity interval training and more. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, modifications are provided as needed.

About the provider

Sensei Steven is a 5th dan in Shotokan Karate and has taught martial arts for over 23 years. He has an extensive background in the special needs community and adaptive training to all individual needs. Steven's Karate Academy says, "The kids learn so much more than just Karate at SKA."
